On Dec. 10, five new members were sworn in to serve four-year terms on the School Board of the City of Virginia Beach starting in 2025. The new members are as follows:

Kellam High School PTSA Membership
When you join the Kellam High School PTSA, you join a community that encourages student achievement and enriches the learning environment.
The Kellam High School PTSA:
