Kellam High School PTSA NEEDS YOUR HELP!

We are in need of volunteers to fill the following positions for the 2021-2022 school year.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE A VOLUNTEER!!

President
Responsible for leading the PTSA and is the presiding officer and official representative of the association

Vice-President (Membership)
Plans and promotes membership campaigns and events; maintains membership database

Treasurer
Manages the PTSA finances by keeping accurate financial records and preparing for the annual audit.

Volunteer-in-Education (VIE)
Recruits and manages volunteers for the PTSA and school events

Hospitality Coordinator
Coordinates teacher and staff appreciation events throughout the school year

Reflections Coordinator
Manages and works with citywide PTA to promote student creativity; coordinates the review of student submissions

Grad-Fest Chair and Committee
Manages the all-Knight celebration for the graduating class; coordinates with vendors to secure a venue and sponsorships; organizes GradFest details and logistics; develops and oversees fundraising opportunities; oversees each phase of GradFest to ensure it runs smoothly.


The Huntington Learning Center is offering TWO specials for our students:

1. An opportunity to take a full mock SAT and receive a personalized review of the results for $95 (value $195). The mock SAT and the personalized review may be administered in the learning center, or online using Zoom.

2. A 10% discount on any exam prep or tutoring program

To register for tutoring, contact Huntington Learning Center at 1-757-260-9700 and tell them you are registering under the Kellam High School PTSA fundraising program.
