On Dec. 10, five new members were sworn in to serve four-year terms on the School Board of the City of Virginia Beach starting in 2025. The new members are as follows:

Student Parking
Parking Decal Information (2024 - 2025)
- Only Seniors and Juniors with a valid state-issued Driver’s License or a Temporary Driver’s License (90-day provisional license + learner's permit = TDL) can purchase parking decals.
- Sophomores are not eligible for a parking decal
- Cost: $45 or $35 for ATC/Career Technical Education Ctr & Brock Ctr
- Pay in advance using School Cash. Cash, Check or Credit cards are not accepted.
- Completing the application does not guarantee a parking decal.
- Instructions as well as QR Codes for the Parking Decal Application and School Cash Online were provided in the August 1st parent newsletter and they are also posted throughout the building.
- Once you have completed all the steps the student may pick up their decal from the Main Office during their lunch or after school from 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
- They should bring with them: School Cash Receipt, Student's Driver’s License, Current and valid state registration card for the vehicle listed on your application.
